    i almost want to do that but in the end decided its easier to buy from SG instead. Closer to home and can monitor from departure till arrival. I think rejection could be difficult from KL shops (damaged furniture) cos they'll definitely charge transport.

    wow! I couldn't and won't afford a 100k reno. Having said that knocking down walls and carpentry works will mean the bill shoot up pretty fast. Retiling works especially for a big house can also easily slaughter the golden goose. Keeping these to a minimum will at least control the reno bill...

    Re: Investing in Nusajaya i'm lucky in a sense, the very sales rep whom i interacted with turned up on the day I got my keys. She went through 1 round of checking pointing things out to the estate manager nudging him to record them as defects (fairly minor) even as I was scratching my head...

    Re: Investing in Nusajaya its good to sort out all the defects prior to renovation. Some developers find all kinds of excuse to void warranty when it is damn obvious where the origin of the fault was.
