Actually, many developers already factor in the rental rate in their selling price. Just why, you wonder how come KSL d'inspire is so damn expensive but look like a HDB flat. NEVER go for rental guaranteed apartment / condo because the price of the unit will be inflated.

Yes. However, i heard last time IKEA is delaying the construction because they are considering another location at BDO. Maybe is just rumour. Having IKEA at Tebrau will inflate the property price there.

Infact, not many people are bothered with IKEA now. However, many are really hype about the upcoming Aeon Jusco at BDO. Is now 30% complete now.

NO la.... is just that Desa Tebrau is quite a dull place to leave in apart of going shopping at Aeon Jusco.

I believe KSL Residences @ Daya will be better than KSL D' Inspire after so much negative complaints from the owners there. KSL reputation is at stake now. Mr.Khoo is in panic mode now.
