Got nice laksa noodles that taste like, according to my mum, the laksa noodles in the olden days at 古文茶 (Ku Tea but I can't remember the full name sorry) at Eco Botanic. Not oily at all.

I only know that Avira is leasehold. Sorry I dunno if the lease belongs to a private entity or the state. Avira is expensive cos a terrace house costs RM 1 millions plus for only a lease of 129 years (if I have remembered correctly). I think they are having a discount now (or might have ended)...
