A lot of car washes have moved out as i think they cannot tahan rising prices of that area. Car showrooms and restaurants are moving there now but i really hope they'll leave some car washer's there, if not I've to drive dunno where.

Pasir Gudang highway is one of the most dangerous roads in JB, its unbelievable how many people have had major accidents there. Most parts are not even lit with streetlamps.

Some of the things you described are pretty much part and parcel of living in Malaysia. Apart from the contractor thing, everything else seems normal to me.

I saw that development over the weekend, looks decent but the Permas bridge/bakar batu traffic light area is a bit*h, one of the dumbest traffic system. I guess you can take small escape route through taman iskandar but no everyone knows this way.
