There was no such incident.

It was a runway incursion by the Korean pilots. The SIA plane had been cleared for takeoff and therefore had the right of the runway. The Korean pilots either ignored ATC instructions or lost positional awareness and encroached.....either way its just a very very bad situation almost amounting...
