A good read so far.. I bought R&F Princess Cove.. Not quite sure is it a good buy or not.. But it offers me an exit strategy from SG.. I am 34 now.. In the event that I get retrenched at 40s, I will rent out my HDB flat and move to JB... Hopefully the rental will cover my living cost...

Yeah.. I asked my friend based in Guangzhou for feedback.. He said R&F has a solid reputation there... Also, my colleague went Guangzhou on Biz trip and took pictures of landmark building built by R&F.. Pretty impressive... Really hope R&F can do a superb job in their maiden overseas...

Yes.. I agree.. Singapore has been stagnating for the past decade at least.. I bought R&F Princess Cove despite the hefty price tag for exit strategy because I really do not see any future for Singapore if PAP remains in power...

It is 1.5km away... Not 800m... I am curious how will the whole station be built.. Especially the rail line... Bukit Chagar may have the ready land but to reach it... the whole rail must be underground or use existing KTM line.. it will be silly to use Bukit Chagar via underground...
