    I believe when you do banking transactions on your phone app, you don't need a OTP, eg. using PromptPay. But to transfer directly to another account number, I believe you need OTP. For me, I use iBanking via my computer.

    I keep my TRUE live by pressing certain code, but I need to switch on my TRUE auto roam for it to work. This is why without TRUE 'R' signal, I cannot work on my Thai stuff.

    I'm on a dual SIM - SIMBA and TRUE. The APN is set to TPG, and I get auto roaming for my SIMBA in Malaysia (recently), Thailand, Taiwan and Japan. It's true that Singapore shut down the 3G in November. However, I believe if my SIM is not 4G/5G then it should not affect my mobile signal...

    I also think so, even though my SIM prepaid. The support agent online was trying to con me to purchase a roaming package when 90% of the time I'm in Singapore using Singapore data and Wi-Fi.
