That US support of Taiwan is just a deterrent. Not sure if it's the real deal. The rich and famous of Taiwan already fleeing and setting up factories everywhere from US to Japan and South East asia
The United States has faced setbacks in the West, as well as in key regions such as the EU/Ukraine conflict with Russia, the Middle East involving Iran, Yemen, and Gaza. As a result, the US now left with focuses on the East Asia, South China Sea, and the Pacific with majority of it weaponry assets moving from M East to station here.
