Actually the whole world already knew very well what USD global reserve currency system meant and were happy to play within the rules. The problem was US has become too greedy and tried to extort more $$ for funding its forever wars. Since 2014 it had been trying to harvest China by cooking Xinjiang, then HK in 2019. Then when those didn't work they unleashed covid19 in Wuhan. Their last power move will be Taiwan.
