My condo does not permit guests to use the gym, but there is a resident who always brings a male friend there. One day, as I entered the changing room after a swim, I saw two of them emerge from the same shower cubicle even though the other cubicles were vacant.

There is a family that manoeuvred their way into my condo's management committee to block the upgrading of the lifts because they live on the ground floor. Even though the lifts have reached their end of life, and there are no longer compatible spare parts, this family continually forestalled any collective decision to do the upgrading. They achieved this by rounding up all the residents living at ground level to attend the AGM, and even convinced those on the 2nd and 3rd floors to vote against the modernisation. They did this through misrepresentation that the move was merely for cosmetic purposes. Then came a spate of seniors and children who were trapped in the lifts during office hours, when most residents were at work.
