Genuine question.... what happens after something like this occurs??

1. Get a refund the same day?
2. Get their order delivered by another delivery guy/gal asap?
3. Nothing happens unless they go through a legal process to claim for non delivery?

Take note the customer will not know that their non leeleeverlee was due to the accident.
Hence just follow the standard non leeleeverlee protocol.

And the sop is nothing happen until when the customer kpkb and they will look into it and leelised the leeleeverlee guy was unable to get it leeleevered.
So they will offer the customer a Lee leeverlee

And a Lee fund will not be on the same day. It will take 14 working days.

The food panda app on the riders phone does not alert the company that the guy is lying motionless in the middle of an expressway as a result of sudden deceleration ????

To the customer, it doesn't carry much meaning . If they check the app, yes the position will show he stopped at a expressway, but it doesn't carry much meaning to them.

I once waited for a ride and the eta just keep recalculating and the car just appeared to be stationery too.
I take it as either the app is having some problem or the driver was doing a merry go round, or the driver was taking a rest and not keen to proceed with his accepted trip.
