I got a colleague who eats outside food 3 meals a day from breakfast to dinner.
Breakfast is hawker fried beehoon with luncheon meat and all sorts of high sodium add-ons like fish cake and chicken wings. Lunch is hawker food too ranging from BCM, Lori mee chicken rice last etc etc. Same for his dinner.
He isn't a smoker or a drinker. But I think he will die faster than smokers or drinkers.
