at least got a 40cts/hr raise that probably become $4/day or $120/month .... we non-managerial workers was forced to change into "Contract Staff" and auto-renew after each contract without single increment and bonuses ... they once say 13th-month was optional for the company to pay "Contract Staff" too. Moi 8 years now no single cent raise liao .....
