What was my name before the present name given by my biological parents?

I have only 5 senses .. 4 located above my shoulders and 1 in my entire body.
Yet these 5 senses are not enough .... there are others yet to be conferred to me.

I cannot detect radio frequencies unaided.
I can control motion but not time.
I do not use my brain efficiently.
