in Tiongkok even landlord give tenant free rent, they still not able to survive because the almost the shopping center or the street is deserted
Inflation, economic downturn, and changes in consumer behavior can all contribute to business closures. Manageable rent-to-revenue ratios also play a role, as do poor business management and failure to adapt to changing market conditions. In some cases, governments may offer support or subsidies to help businesses struggling with high rental costs.

how? PAP redraw the electoral boundaries to benefit them to win. How you vote also no use. Continue getting ass screwed?

I really wonder if these people who lay claim to rental not affecting businesses have ever run a business before

hahaha, the landlords increase the rent and the tenants sill have to help bring value to the property.. fuck, what value does the landlord give then?

Rental is the biggest culprit amongst the cause of inflation...funny they don't talk about GST, red tape etc causing cost increases...it's a triple whammy

Of course, after rental you still need to pay for cleanliness of the place like washing and keeping of plates?

This will add to your business costs.
