this morning, my lady director boss and my lady svp boss fired a new graduate joiner with immediate effect...

this new joiner work less than a month go on medical leave for 10 days with excuses from severe period pain and severe migraine...

jitao lost her job and got one month salary in lieu and no need to come back anymore. no need for her to sue too because termination by employer is either one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice....

then just now I go kaypoh and talk to my lady svp boss in her room and she told me this girl is a serial liar. i asked how she knows. my lady svp said she also woman, where got period pain 3 days don't come to work! i diam diam. hahahaha

then i also went to kaypoh with my lady director boss. she told me this girl on mc last week WED THUR FRI, THEN ENJOY LONG WEEKEND MON. but u know what, my lady director boss who was at Changi Airport arrival yesterday saw this girl picking up her luggage on the luggage belt in T1. hahahaha...tio caught red handed for geng MC :roflmao:

actually i argue with my lady director boss and said the girl could have left on Sat and came back on Mon. these are not her MCdays but weekend and public holiday.

my director lady boss told me when they asked the girl to produce air tickets as proof that she was in Singapore from last Wed to Fri, the girl refused to provide the info. As such, no choice but to issue termination letter plus one month's salary for her in lieu of notice to prevent her from suing the company for wrongful termination
