Collies are very active and gentle dogs their hereditary function is as a sheep herder..Quite obvious this family does not know how to tire the dog out and also they do not discipline the dog..

same situation in sillicon valley. ah neh fob families are not used to dogs, and they consider dogs dirty. same with mudslimes. when entire ah neh families moved into new townhome complex, they demanded no dogs in the common compounds. but that fell apart as entire complex is built with pets in mind - dog park with poop bins around and extensive walkways for owners to walk dogs to dog park. so hoa compromised by designating an open grassy area to be free of pets by putting a courtesy sign that says....”please bring pets to pet area as children are playing here.” but everyday i walk by the grassy area there are no children. it is winter and ah neh kids are hiding in their cocoons at home. in summer, yes, a few ah neh kids, but only a few i can count with one hand. this is the result of the tyranny of the tiny minority. all it takes is one fob neh family to prevent californians from living a truly californian lifestyle - sun and pets.

Dude I understand what u mean. But the Article did not say why the dog was affecting the neighbours. But I would say this. The border collie is a working dog. It needs a lot of exercise. In ozland they chase sheep and walk and run for miles. For such an active dog. Singkieland households etc in condos or even those houses cannot suit the dog. This breed of dog needs to be walked at least twice a day. For 10km. They need to play fetch etc to get the 10k. And on the safe side. 10km in morning and again in evening. It is not a guard or pet dog where u can leave it at home during the day. Without exercise to tire it out. It will bark and dig holes etc. Which average singkieland family have space n time for such an active dog? Dumbass singkies dont even know about the dog breed n the effort and responsibilities needed to look after a border collie want to act smart and go buy. Dumbass singkies

yes sinkies are not only dumbass but bochap about needs of pets when it cums to dogs. for example, i've cum across a pinay maid walking a huge husky along siglap linear park when the sun was up. why would any sinkie want to own a husky in hot and humid sg? worst that i saw was a chow chow resting and panting with his tongue out like he's gonna die on the walkway, refusing to budge when maid was trying to pull him. he must be suffering from the heat and humidity.

Who the hack walks a dog in the middle of the afternoon? N it's a chow chow. No need as much exercise as a working dog. But take it out 30 mins a day in the evening or morning ok. And at home play with it etc n it's fine. Keep dogs like this. Might as well don't keep.
