Usually when the dealer call for last bets before opening the dice cover,usually one Ah Neh will request to change some money for chips .Everyone very tensed and excited waiting for the dealer to open the dice cover,then usually one mutherfarking Ah Neh will come and add more tensions and frustrations and make everyone more angry and tulan especially for those who bet big.
