Tsk tsk tsk so much vanity when you are not even a successful man yourself. Hey man has many natural advantage from physical to tradition to culture, which means for a woman to reach the same success of a man already is double successful compared to the man. For example to be successful like amazon, you need the kind of dedication that put all time into work and nothing else for many years of your life. This is an advantage that only men have but not women. Men can delay their marriage and having children but women can’t without negative repercussions.

If men are willing to sacrifice everything including their lives in order to pursue a dream or vision that they believe is greater than themselves,like gates or bezos or musk or jobs or Mahatma ghandi or sun yat sen,women can't do the same?look at musk he has to run 3 companies at the same time,raise 5 kids from 2 marriages and change the world at the same time.
Men has many natural advantages,physical str I agree with u,but 80 percent of the things we do in this world has nothing to do with physical strength,the best composers in the world are all men,tchaikovski,the best chefs in the world are men,the best architects,the best entrepreneurs,the best industrialists,the best generals and tacticians arm chair or real are all men,the best writers,the best cunninglinguists are men,best philosophers,best psychopaths and psychologists are men,even the inventor of the Freudian slip, Darwinism and hubris are men.
Are u saying men are naturally more talented in all of these area than women?tradition and culture all those are man made artificial constraints,illusions vagaries of perception that can be easily broken if women are just as capable as men,so why arent they?why can't women compete on the same level as men?
Boys from a young age have shown an inclination and obsession to all things nerdy and geeky be it maths science,books, aero planes,space,dinosaurs,books,reading writing,tinkering with tools and machines,electronics, poker,chess....have u ever seen a women holding a chess board?no they have better things to preoccupy themselves with like shoes and handbags.Elon musk is merely a result of who he is,like bill gates,like Warren buffet,like Stephen king,all those hours of reading those books,those fiction and non fiction,those comic books and superheros and the stock market when they were young.
