Good carboh ( brown rice / oaks/ whole grain . Brown rice) +good protein( eggs or fish ) + more Fibre( vegetable and fruits)

Saving is good. But not sure investment is good or not.
Because of my hard work and save the money for rainy day. Even after my transplant I still have a bit of money . Not a lot but I think can last me for a while.

I live frugality. No car and seldom eat at restaurant and never buy branded stuffs.
So that is why I have money for kidney Transplant and can afford few month no salary. I still wish to continue to work. First because this is my career which I have been doing for more than 10 years. 2nd is the salary. Although not a lot but with that salary I can take care my own medical expenses and got money to give my mum.

For my investment. Sometime I followed the bloggers recommendation and invested the lousy share. Ended up , all lose:(

Now I just do the etf and the blue chip investment. So far so good and every year I still can collect dividend.

Money sucked by hospital.
Last Friday and today. Just done ultra sound scan and blood test can easily cost 1000.

I am not sure I am belong to high income group? Sai!

Last time I told the nurse I wanted to join nkf and they told me my income is high. Wtf

So better for me to quit my job and then to get higher subsidy ? Wtf
