    I saw the launch for volt in the newspapers perhaps around 3-6 mths ago. A integrated development with hotel and convention centre. Volt website can tell more. Not sure how well it sold.

    I'm aware 1 Medini was launched earlier and at a price point lower. Back then, the risk of investing in Medini was higher as news of the catalytic projects were not really well-known or out yet.

    Yeap&Lim mentioned to me this extension to 48 mths at S&P signing. I recall reading Hutton mkting materials pre ballot that completion of common area/facilities is 42 mths. Hope Distinctive can deliver a better quality build with the 48 mths deadline.

    Agree with sgcount that there's no discount ... anyone received the stamped S&P already? When I went to Hutton office to sign trust deed a couple of weeks back, Yeap&Lim say it was sent for stamping.
