Yes,it under Norman Sia again... This time it seem the developer is adopting questionable tactic to delay paying the guarantee return to investors and also left one building in a uncompleted stage.

Heard from a friend that invested into this project and it seem the developer -Plentifield Marketing is not completing the project in a timely manner -delay after delay... Seem like they are also the same developer for the the Best Western Sandakan a few years ago. Anyone out there facing...

No, beside offering the Aquaint Danga property as an alternative.... they have not done anything. Moving like a old cow....mooove...moooove.. I believed the other JV partner ,IWH , is dragging their feet too. Pay them deposit, they will chase you to " fast leg and fast hand " ...
