I will dedicate this thread to expose the ways that lottery draws can be fixed.

Many think since its viewed live and witnessed by many, 'fixing' is not possible.

Actually, it could be taking place under your very eyes and noses, just like a magic show.

Heard that nowadays, all balls in a set of 0-9 used are of the same weight. Was told if we X-Ray the balls, we will be surprised. But weight of every ball is same. Wow!

Looks like the text prediction is correct - no winner last night.

Apparantly there is a guy in Germany who can fix the order that the balls come out of one of those lotto machine. Some lottery over their claimed that a live draw could never be fixed & this guy, who is some sort of conjourer took them up on the claim and did it.

He used fine syringes to take out the air inside the 6 chosen balls and replace it with a heavier gas thus making those balls heavier. So when the machine was started up, these balls were the ones that fell down the chute for the chosen balls. To a spectator looking at it live, you could not tell it was fixed. And when the balls were forensically checked afterwards, all the balls were identical (in the past lotto fixers have used balls made of slightly heavier material or slightly bigger).

there were rumours on some forums that this guy leaked out or give tip on which number will open - only 1 number for those betting thru outside bookies.
and it is during the draw that he gave out the 1 number.
so i also believe that the numbers draw can be fixed,if you can find the lobang.

Instead of trying to prove that your computerized lottery IS fixed, first try to prove it is NOT fixed!

The answer is simple: from what we know today, in 2008 (not 1988) about computers and software, there is no valid way to prove it is NOT fixed.

How do we arrive at this conclusion?
The purpose of software is to control outcomes through inputted and/or selected variables by who "operates" or "controls" or "directs" that software.

If computerized lottery software packages did not have the end result of being profitable for the purchaser (= your state!), then no state would purchase it from those vendors who sell it! Obviously, the vendor demonstrates to the state how outcomes can be selected, in other words, how lottery profitability can be increased. Thus, the state now has a motivation or reason to purchase it: to increase lottery revenues at the expense of the unsuspecting player.

Therefore, because no rational or valid reasons exist to replace the ping pong ball process of selecting numbers, any computerized lottery is not purely random.

Another way of saying that is this: only ONE way exists to increase lottery revenues more than marketing and gimmicks could ever do and that is by interfering or disrupting or REPLACING the method used since lotteries began: the ping pong ball selection method, the only true, genuinely authentic random number selection process.

a friend of mine told me in no uncertain terms that all public draws can be fixed - electronically by a remote. this method is also used by casinos. so if you want to play 4d and play toto, be prepared to lose and be fixed. if you don't want to be fixed, then avoid playing 4d and toto. with sophisticated soft ware and hi tech electronic gadgets, tell me what cannot be fixed.

• pool striker ball concept - the chosen set of balls could be of slightly different dimension (3mm+/-), so when the draw takes place, only the odd sized balls will emerge as results
• weight concept - the chosen set of balls could be using lead paint for their numbers, hence heavier than the rest, eventually emerge as results
• magnet concept - the chosen set of balls could be using metalic paint for numbers, hence drawn by the magnetic polarity

to the naked eye, can't tell the difference.

the above is so f88king true... however (i repeat again) to 90% of punters, dey think its based on PURE LUCK n EVERY combinations has a chance of striking... well i am 1 among the 10% dats on the other side of the coin.

Anyone here can confirmed they weight the balls?

Even if they did, and all are of the same weight, there could still be a difference like this.

Example:

Ball #1 alone = 25 grams; pump up with 25 grams of helieum gas. Total 50gm
Ball #2 alone = 30 grams; pump up with 20 grams of helieum gas. Total 50gm

So both sets of balls of equal weight of 50 grams right? Wrong!

The one with more helieum gas will float higher when tossed around the draw machine.

Maybe some balls weigh 50 grams alone but no gas inside. So always very heavy at bottom so no chance to get drawn.

So although weigh the same, actions are different.

THE LOTTERY IS RIGGED

We spoke with an employee at a state lottery agency. We can not reveal his name or even which state, as some of the same gangsters who ran the numbers racket now run the lottery, and they would kill him.

“Yes, I personally am involved in it. Lottery ping-pong balls have a small valve, like a basketball or soccer ball, only it’s very tiny, and nearly invisible. Lottery, like any form of gambling, is susceptible to fraud, despite the high degree of scrutiny claimed by the organizers. One method involved is to tamper with the machine used for the number selection. By rigging a machine, it is theoretically easy to win a lottery. This act is often done in connivance with an employee of the lottery firm. Methods used vary; loaded balls where select balls are made to pop-up making it either lighter or heavier than the rest. All balls should be independently verified for materials, size, pressure, susceptibility to magnetism, and other qualities.

The most infamous case of insider lottery fraud was in Maryland in 1979. The Maryland lottery determined its winner by an air blower, where three numbers would bubble up. By injecting fluid into every ball except those numbered 4 and 6, and then buying tickets with every combination of 4 and 6, lottery personnel guaranteed themselves big winnings. There was immediate suspicion that the game had been rigged and the balls were removed for examination. The announcer was arrested and confessed two days later.

In some US States, such as Kansas and Minnesota, losing lottery tickets can be mailed in for a raffle of special prizes. The trouble with that is that employees of stores that sell lottery tickets sometimes collect the lottery tickets that are thrown away and send them in. As a lottery official put it “The retailers have an unlimited supply of free tickets. You do not need to be an FBI agent to realize that is a tremendously unfair advantage.” [5]

Some advance fee fraud scams on the Internet are based on lotteries. The fraud starts with spam congratulating the recipient on their recent lottery win. The email explains that in order to release funds the email recipient must part with a certain amount (as tax/fees) as per the rules or risk forfeiture.

Another form of lottery scam involves the selling of “systems” which purport to improve a player’s chances of selecting the winning numbers in a Lotto game. These scams are generally based on the buyer’s (and perhaps the seller’s) misunderstanding of probability and random numbers. Sale of these systems or software is legal, however, since they mention that the product cannot guarantee a win, let alone a jackpot.

Government Jackpot Lottery Fraud - exposed first time by Matt Marriott, Nov. 23, 2004

November 23, 2004, as I exposed "Juan Rodriguez", incredibly I also realised, by looking in the web, that there was NOT ONE page that explains the underlying mechanism of fraud: how the goverment takes the big jackpots - till the last cent.
Although there are probably more than one billion people playing lottery around the world, and all the major lotteries now are rigged using that same trick.

I had never checked the web before to see if there was a page exposing it, because I was 99% sure that it was the case.
Once again I underestimated the current degree of brain wash ...

The specialists were also not able or willing to use the hints to find the trick:

The key is, like for the core lie of 9/11, computers. From page 1:

Step 1 - After the computer scanned all the paper, all combinations choosen are known.
The hints for Steps 2 and 3 are given in page 3. Again the only reason why people don't realise it, is, like with CNN and the inserted plane, the failure to understand that ALL mass media is controlled by the same people:
"Check the similarities with another great hoax - how the government made people believe that two airliners impacted the WTC towers.
And keep in mind that this hoax is staged weekly, and as I pointed out before, it is still shown "live" on TV, in some countries..."
Step 2 - Using previously recorded thousands of cuts of each ball exiting the tubes, a video sequence is quickly put together, for a combination that NOBODY selected. Background music suggests it is uninterrupted.
Step 3 - the video tape is broadcasted in TV as "live" drawings.

Note: the world's richest lottery ($2.4 bn), El Gordo in Spain, is the only major lottery in Illuminatiland that is not rigged. Thanks to the tradition, that, like in the last 190 years, has children drawing the numbers live in front of a large audience.

Of course part of staging the fraud includes from times to times giving a face to a jackpot winner.
Since the media is totally controlled by the goverment, there is no risk that the "winner" will be exposed as an actor.
The "story" of "Juan Rodríguez" ($149 Million Lottery Winner Had Just 78 Cents in Bank) is the ultimate example to show that the government can tell ANYTHING about the "winner".

Every poker player knows that the game is not about skill but 90% luck, and 10% manipulation of luck through cheating. That's considered skill in all poker, especially no limit Texas Hold'Em.

The lottery is no different, but just the house is controlled by different shysters. Why is Vegas switching to computerized poker rooms with no human dealers? Because controlling a computer is far easier than controlling many people. Everyone knows the shuffle machines at all poker rooms can be controlled with radio transmitters that can arrange the cards any which way for any hand. The lottery is a lot easier to control than a poker hand dealt to 9 or 10 players, with a seemingly genuine cut by the dealer to make it look random.

The lottery balls, whether by computer or solid balls, are easy to control in a controlled environment designed to look random. Everyone who's been to a carnival knows that the point to making anything look fair is to hide the fact that it is not even close to fair or random. If you've ever been the house or the one choosing winners to lotteries, you will know a hundred and one ways to rig the outcome to let only those you want to win, win. This is true for every lottery exceeding $10,000 in value that human nature will constantly find ways to outrig each other's fixed jackpot system.

Magnets, weights, air pressure, radio control, false bottoms, mirrors -- these are but a handful of the modern magician's bag of tricks. Ever notice that most lotteries are won in rural areas even though most tickets are bought in the city? That makes a nice annual report for the lottery commission.
