Unless that person is someone who yearns for a praise and a pat on the back kind of person..... the owner most likely already cancelled the card liao and you will probably waste an hour or so going to the police station, take statement and then go back home. In the end, the card will be send back to the bank or owner and then the bank or owner will cut up the card as card details has been compromised so save yourself an hour or so of your life, take a scissors and cut it up yourself.
