Surah at-Taubah (Repentance ) 9 : 111

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱشْتَرَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ۚ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ ۖ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِى ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَٱلْإِنجِيلِ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ۚ وَمَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِۦ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَٱسْتَبْشِرُوا۟ بِبَيْعِكُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَايَعْتُم بِهِۦ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

Indeed, Allāh has purchased from the Believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allāh, so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’ān. And who is truer to his covenant than Allāh? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment.

Good that you quote this verse. However the Torah and Gospel referred to here is not the Bibles that you have now.
The current Bibles have been corrupted and God's word were changed at the hands of man proven by the fact that no original 1st century manuscripts exists anymore and numerous contradictions even in the same book. The earliest was the Codex Sinaticus and that too proved verses were added later.
So the Torah and Gospel referred to here are the words of God that was passed to the Prophets pbu them which now no longer in our possession.
So this verse basically reaffirms what was already brought by the previous Prophets and finalised in the Quran. No law has changed.
Thus the previous Prophets were Muslims too.
