These hdb upgraders bought hdb under the public policy principle that they needed public housing for accommodation. But since you decided to buy a condo, there is no public policy reason to allow you to buy a hdb for rental income. It is really just too bad for you that your situation is not in line with PAP's public policy. Please remember to vote for Opposition at the next and future elections. :thumbsup:

You are wrong again my late father voted for opposition since day one and me too. My family are ardent opposition supporters. I wish I am really LHY equivalent with inheritance to buy high end condo. Anyway the policy is still inequitable to penalize me given Hobson choice.

@jw5 so you are wrong that i get what i voted for and should vote for opposition when we have been the pioneers of alternative voice. It’s hdb sinkies that voted for asset enhancement that get whatever they voted for. While I am very suay to be the one suffering the silly stupid petty pap policy. Instead of them.

Instead of staying with your parents until you were 35 and starting out humble and simple by buying HBD, you decided to show that you could afford a condo. Good for you if you made this choice. But no HDB for you. (unless you sell the condo). :wink:
