This I agree. Largely because of the vast size of China and the billion plus in population. Enforcement is difficult, notwithstanding all the shit about social credit and cctvs you read on news. You can do whatever you want and as long as you do not get caught, you are safe. Here in sinkieland, chances of you getting caught is much much higher.
