She was caught on camera and subsequently identified. Must be quite true if they can even publish her age.
Since now they have "identified" her and even her age, there should be no reason not to trace her down and prosecute her. Only when there is a published news of a prosecution against her, will I then believe her nationality and country of origin (if applicable). Otherwise, it is just plain bull-shit.

If she is a Singaporean as claimed by the police, she is likely an imported sinkie from China, Vietnam or even India. Highly unlikely for a local born sinkie to do such pooping in public unless she is a runaway from IMH.
