i may be homeless soon.
as i have always said
at the trial 19-21nov, if i lose, there is every possibility i will have to return one million and $36000 which of course i don't have anymore. i will have to sell the flat, but total cash will not equal the amount.

i have no problems living in the van. its all prepared. but of course, it will be very difficult to give up my cat

frankly, i have bad experience renting (only rented once) coz land lord look down on people who don't have a full time employer, on the other hand, cant blame them, if i were landlord, i suppose i would also wonder if potential tenant can keep paying the rent.

and then ive moved 2x in the last 18months or so,
and im just sick of it
