They are telling the people to react to the way they wanted.
In another word, we should not get angry and pretend there is no congestion and overcrowding at MRT stations....etc.
After the NDR, a few ministers chided Singaporeans for their reactions towards their failed policies. Instead of finding a way to solve their problems, they are putting the citizens to task by blaming them on their feelings and behaviors.
Are we now robots with no minds of our own?
We have to feel and behave according to what they preached?
