Woman stabbed by snatch thief
Man flees after failing to grab handbag

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> A MAN who stabbed his victim in an attempted snatch theft in Sembawang on Wednesday morning is still at large. He plunged a knife into the lower back of a 25-year-old woman as he tried to wrench away her handbag. The attack took place at the void deck of Block 588B, Montreal Drive, off Sembawang Road, just as Ms How Poh Ling, an administrative assistant, was on her way to work.
