SINGAPORE - A truck driver who pushed and kicked an elderly motorcyclist along an expressway was sentenced to three weeks' jail on Monday.
Shahul Hamid Ahamed, 33, had admitted to causing hurt to Mr Ramlee Ahmad, 70, along Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) at about 10.40am on Sept 30 last year.
He was offered $15,000 bail, pending his appeal against the sentence.
The court heard that Shahul Hamid was driving a lorry when he abruptly cut into Mr Ramlee's lane without signalling.
