新北市三重昨（8）日晚間發生槍戰，陳姓通緝犯遭警方攔查，突然逃逸並朝警方開槍，之後被圍困在公寓頂樓，一下子要求要喝可樂，一下子又說要打電話給家人，不斷拖延與警方僵持，直到晚間10點47分終於投降。
陳男見警方攔查突然開槍，警方也馬上反擊，之後陳男逃進住宅區，拿槍指著住戶說「讓我躲一下」，之後又逃逸至民宅頂樓，警方趕抵後不敢大意，將他圍困在公寓頂樓，沒想到陳男突然要求喝可樂，警方送上可樂後陳男交出槍枝、子彈及毒品大麻。

警匪對峙僵持不下，陳男一度揚言「再過來我就開槍自殺」，警方持續喊話，陳男後來又要求打電話給女兒，但手機電量不多，稱通話後就投降。陳男跟國中剛畢業的女兒說「要好好讀書」，以後也要找個好人家嫁，「爸爸要去投降了」，說完後終於在晚間10點47分棄械投降。
陳男因肇事逃逸、槍砲案被判5年4個月徒刑，日前因肇逃案件未入獄服刑遭到通緝。落網後，陳男表示只是想朝牆壁開槍，並沒有要傷害警察，因擔心將面臨8年刑期才會反抗。警方訊後將陳男依殺人未遂、槍彈、毒品等罪嫌送辦，解送歸案。

新北市三重區今（ 7 ）日晚間驚傳警匪駁火槍戰！一名身穿黑色上衣、短褲、拖鞋的陳姓男子形跡可疑，一見到警察就隨即躲入巷內公寓，警方一路尾隨陳男至公寓 3 樓，不料他竟突然掏槍朝警方開槍，隨後躲到 5 樓樓頂拒絕投降。雙方對峙近 2 小時，在警方心戰喊話及柔性勸導下，陳男於 10 點 47 分左右棄械投降，由警方押解下樓。
據了解， 2 名員警晚間 8 點左右執行巡邏任務時，在三重區大勇街、力行路口看到形跡可疑的陳男，正準備上前攔查時，對方立即轉身躲進巷內公寓，警方一路追到公寓 3 樓，陳男竟突然掏槍朝警方開一槍，隨後躲到 5 樓樓頂，所幸並未射中員警。警方立即呼叫支援， 80 名警力到場圍住該棟大樓、封鎖所有出入口，並在現場尋獲 4 顆未擊發子彈及 1 包大麻。
在對峙過程中，陳男先是主動交出一把手槍、一個彈匣及子彈，由於其身上還持有一把槍，警方不敢大意，持續對他柔性勸導。陳男一度要求「很熱、很渴，想喝可樂」，員警也立刻買了 2 瓶可樂到場，希望他能盡快投降。經過將近 2 個小時，陳男自知難逃法網棄械投降，並由警方押解下樓。
經警方初步調查，陳男 4 月 12 日因肇事逃逸遭法院通緝，才會在見到警方巡邏時心虛逃跑，情急之下朝警方開槍，所幸並未造成人員傷亡。
