Serial burglar nabbed

A 54-YEAR-OLD man believed to be responsible for at least 15 cases of break-ins has been arrested. The suspect is believed to have broken into housing estates at Jalan Membina, Redhill Close, Strathmore, Dover Close and Jurong West. Police arrested him on Wednesday at Havelock road. The suspect will be charged in court on Friday. If convicted, he faces a jail term up to 10 years and is also liable for caning.
