A BURGLAR broke into a provision shop at Block 233 Chua Chu Kang Central last Wednesday and stole $2,000 worth of cigarettes, among other items.
The shop owner had locked up the shop before leaving that night and found the main door forced open when she returned the next morning. Apart from the cigarettes, the burglar also took $1,400 in cash and $1,500 worth of phone cards.
