SINGAPORE : The organiser of the Bishan Lunar New Year market has been charged in court with molesting a 26-year-old woman.
Ronnie Oh Yin Yan allegedly did so by pulling her hands such that she sat on his lap at the main office of the Bishan Lunar New Year carnival at Bishan St 12 on February 9 this year.
