Theft at Choa Chu Kang
A MAN left his lorry unattended for less than five minutes on Oct 24 and came back to find more than $10,000 worth of valuables missing.
The driver, a man in his late 40s, had left his lorry running and unsecured along Choa Chu Kang North 5 that day while he collected raw noodles at the Limbang wet market nearby.
He realised later that a sling bag that he had placed in his vehicle was missing.
The sling bag contained two Rolex watches valued at around $10,000, some personal items, $700 in cash and RM600 in cash.
