1. The USA rules the world.
2. The USA makes all rules including these rules.
3. No one can know what the rules are, only that they exist.
4. No one is allowed to ask what the rules are.
5. The USA will be in charge of the flexibility provided by the rules’ non-existent nature.
6. Non-western countries must be regularly castigated for not following the rules.
7. Western countries must be regularly praised for following the rules.
8. Alternative rules of governance which work successfully (cf. China, Singapore) must always be derided as “authoritarianism”.
9. Unfair global dominance by the 13% western minority (cf. totalitarianism) must always be referred to as “democracy”.
10. These rules over-ride all other rules, including fundamental justice and the laws of nature.

Communism, as according to Karl Marx, was a fair system of governance, where all are equal & wealth is fairly distributed to everyone. Such ideals only works on paper but DOES NOT work in REALITY, as proven failures by Communist nations such as Russia & China.

It does not work because of the inherent NATURE of Humankind. We are barbaric in nature & CIVILIZATION is an IMPOSTITION upon our barbaric nature to behave, conform & work together for goals to create further the ideals of Humanity, such as justice, equality, collective prosperity & security, progress, evolution, etc, etc.

However, there are some whom are more intelligent & advanced in mental ability than others, while others are slower to learn, & thus the intelligent rise easily under fair system of governance where all are equal WITH NO regards to inherent moral compass built in thru teachings, proven by how Communism & corruption( seizing of opportunities honest & dishonest ) had failed nations....

Mainstream Religious teachings attempts to guide Humanity to build a moral compass as guide to Civilization, but as there are imbalances to intelligences, religion had became a TOOL instead to subjugate Humanity.

When religious leaders economic policies fail, they ask their citizens to look up at the sky & claim it is the WILL of the Almighty, relinquishing their own MORAL & MORTAL responsibilities as Leaders. Worse, they blame others instead & encourage thru misquoted or taken out of context religious texts to ROB, STEAL, TORTURE & KILL other innocents as a DIVINE RIGHT.

Dictators are borne under such horrific systems. Obey... or else face CAPITAL punishments. as evident in Iran when even to a female citizen who does not cover her head with a piece of cloth.... how more for masses check & balances to power aspirations?

Democracy is not perfect, but at least it does have checks & balances to power, & is based upon merit to be elected, with term limits to power holders, which gives Humankind a chance to realize their errors & make changes in free choice to progress & evolve.

A True leader is one whom PROVIDES what its adherents NEED to progress with OPPORTUNITIES & NOT WHAT THE MASSES SELFISHLY WANT as there is no end to EACH Human PERSONAL desires.

Those whom are less intelligent will want those whom are more intelligent to descend to their level, eg - the less intelligent poor whom either did not seize honest opportunities in life or willfully ignored such, will always be resentful of the rich & demand that the intelligent rich to become as poor as them, without realizing that such will only REGRESS Humanity & opportunities, resulting in total poverty & end of Humankind, as almost happen to Russia & China till they realize the MERITS of Capitalism.

Capitalism on its own will only harm Humanity, but if REGULATED, it will ensure a FAIR & LEVEL playing field for anyone - a pauper or a King to rise in life, along with a MORAL COMPASS of what works or will not work to motivate Humankind...

USA is only 200 yrs old Civilization, but it is an IMMIGRANT society, made up of descendants whom have ancestors that are from ancient civilizations as far back as the Russian steppes, Mesopotamia-known as the Cradle of Civilization, Greece, Rome, England, Spain, Africa, etc, that had learnt from ancient mistakes, corrected them & CONTRIBUTED to the SUCCESS of the American Civilization...
