Man threatens to jump from Waterloo St condo with dog

A man stood on the ledge of an 11th floor unit at a condominium on Waterloo Street with a dog in his hand for 2 hours, threatening to jump.
He was rescued by Singapore Civil Defence Force officers at about 6pm.
About 80 people gathered opposite the condo as the rescue operation was underway.
The man has been arrested for attempted suicide.
