Man caught red-handed for trying to steal TV sets

SINGAPORE - Police caught a man red-handed when he was trying to steal two television sets that were left unattended at a loading bay of a supermarket in Jurong East.
Officers from Clementi Police Division were doing their rounds in the vicinity of a shopping mall in Jurong East Street 21 on June 4 when they spotted the suspicious-looking man loading two TV sets onto his motor lorry.
Upon questioning him, the officers realised he had seized the opportunity to steal the unattended goods.
