NUISANCE PARKING : Launching of new CONTINUUM condo at Tg Katong
For years residents of private estate at Swanage,Wareham,Pool Roads and Rose lane had peace with parking untill the lauch of new Continuum Condo and Blangla workers renting residential units here. Parking indiscriminately by truck,van n cars of Condo viewers are depiving a once quiet private estate of parking outside tgeir houses. The new condo mgt are so inconsiderate that they employ parking mashalls to deter residents n their visitors of their carpark along the road leading to their houses. They use plastic cones to block off carpark lots for their potential clients n some residents had LTA summons parking outside their houses when all available lots are taken up by housing agents selling this Hoi Hup Continuum project. We dont know when this inconvenience will end and all our neighbors have to be on constant lookout to call LTA when rules are flouted in their indiscriminate parking .
