A MAN was charged in court on Tuesday with stuffing rubbish and faeces into a mail box. Chim Wai Chong, 46, allegedly stuffed rubbish into the Singapore Post mail box along Lorong Lew Lian twice between Feb 7 and 8, and Feb 8 and 9. Sometime early week, he is said to have stuffed rubbish and faeces into the same mail box. He was remanded at the Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric observation until April 27. If convicted, he faces a fine of up to $1,000 on each of the three charges.
