A BUSINESSMAN was charged on Friday with the murder of a 46-year-old man at a multi-storey carpark outside a karaoke lounge on Wednesday. No plea was taken from David How Kim Fwee, 63. He allegedly caused the death of Mr Sim Kim Hock, a manager of an entertainment business, outside Grand City KTV & Lounge at City Plaza, Geylang Road, between 2am and 3am that day. How, who is bespectacled, appeared in the dock with a blue-black swollen left eye and injuries on the left side of his head. How, who was represented by Mr Zaminder Singh Gill, was remanded for a week for investigation.
