Bracelet snatched from woman
<!-- by line --> <!-- end by line --> A 72-YEAR-OLD woman lost her $300 gold bracelet to a snatch thief on Wednesday. The suspect had followed her into a lift at Block 289, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, at about 12.30 pm, as she was returning home. As they exited the lift and were walking down a staircase on the fourth floor, the snatch thief grabbed the gold bracelet from her left wrist, before fleeing. The suspect is about 1.7m tall and of tan complexion. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, blue jeans and a grey cap. Police urge the elderly to be wary of their surroundings at all times. They are appealing for eyewitnesses to call the Police hotline at 1800-225-0
