A MAN who flashed himself in full view of his neighbour opposite was fined $800 on Wednesday. Graham Wayne Smith, 60, a trainer, pleaded guilty to the offence at his Yishun flat at about 1am on March 10. A magistrate's court heard that a 43-year-old housewife living opposite Smith reported him to the police for doing an obscene act. Investigation showed that the complainant was in the kitchen when she noticed Smith looking at her flat with a pair of binoculars. After telling her 18-year-old daughter, they switched off the kitchen lights.

A while later, when the complainant switched on the lights again, she saw Smith in the buff. Smith admitted to the police that he had used the binoculars to look into the complainant's unit and intentionally removed his clothes and masturbated in front of them. Pleading for leniency, his lawyer, Mr Paul, said his client, who has been married to a Singaporean for more than 30 years, was contrite, remorseful and ashamed of what he did. That night, he said Smith was working late at home and was under much stress. Not a habitual drinker, he took some wine and a bit of his wife's sleeping tablet. The lawyer said in his mitigation plea that the incident had brought the couple closer, and both were actively seeking all help to save their marriage. Smith also had health and other family-related problems, he said. He could have been fined up to $2,000 and/or jailed for up to three months.

USING a pair of binoculars, he made sure residents opposite his block could see him before he removed his clothes and performed an obscene act. Graham Wayne Smith, 60, who teaches slow learners in primary schools with his Singaporean wife, was at his Yishun HDB flat on March 10 at about 1am when a 43-year-old housewife saw him looking at her unit through his binoculars.

The woman alerted her 18-year-old daughter and they switched off the kitchen lights. A while later, the housewife switched on the lights and saw Smith naked and masturbating by the window. She told her daughter about it and then called the police. Smith later admitted to the police that he had used his binoculars to look into the woman's unit and intentionally removed his clothes knowing that he could be seen by the mother and daughter. In court yesterday, he was fined $800 after admitting to a charge of appearing nude in a private place which was exposed to public view.

His lawyer, Mr Paul, had asked the court for a conditional discharge or low fine for the former New Zealand Air Force and New Zealand Army officer. He said his client had gone through a lot, was contrite and ashamed of the incident, which was uncharacteristic of him. That night, Smith was working late and was under stress. Although not a habitual drinker, he took some wine and a bit of his wife's sleeping tablet, Mr Paul said.

I know this man! Graham Smith is actually connected with well respected Dr. Mel Gill of DMGCC. He and his wife make seminars for children teaching them how to study using Brain Maps or Mind Maps... something like that. In fact, they are also spearheading the production of the sequel to The Secret called, The Meta Secret, which is co-produced by Dr Mel Gill. Yes, he is producing a feel good movie. And a movie that talks about The Law of Attraction. LOL. What's disturbing though is that he teaches children. Isn't that an irony??

I also know that Mel Gill, who is running NLP seminars usually associates himself with well reputed people like Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, and Jack Canfield. And The Meta Secret is a Blockbuster hit waiting to happen. I wonder if Dr. Mel Gill knows if Graham Wayne Smith has committed this crime. Poor wife.

I work nearby, he has makan at the Kopi Tiam opp the building and he has cut his hair to escape attention.

Is this really justice, a local gets caught doing something like this and its hell to pay but he..and a teacher of some sort.

here is the latest news, this guy was spotted in KL some weeks ago at some event where there were AIA logos, he thought they were not remembered but someone remembered him, according to people there, the wife is so rude and unprofessional...worse still a real stingy person..discount for bulk also dont want to give..

Anyway i am surprised that Dr. Mel Gill, a supposed man of intergrity is allowing this fellow to be his partner. Someone should put this on Stomp or Razor TV.

Why are we tolerating this man who still trying to run classes under a programme called Mega Learning and allow him contact with Kids..when he was approached apparently he tried to feign ignorance and said its not him..even gave a different name..not malu.

Please someone do something before this pervert damages some poor child.

I think it's because Dr. Mel Gill is a forgiving man, and a man who likes to give second, or even third chances to people in need. Who knows. Actually I don't know why too. I agree, someone put this in Stomp. Maybe wife is rude because of wat her husband did! I would be too if that happened!! LOLz!

Looks like this guy is damm bold. Seems that he is now touting himself as a publisher for a business called Pandora Publishing and the book is called the Meta Secret a so called follow up to the popular book the Secret.

The writer is none other then the infamous because alot of people claim he scam them for so quick motivation master trainer stuff and now doesnt run the classes...yes Dr. Mel Gill.

Some time back if you read the thread , someone tried testing dr.gill to see if this ang mo chee ko pek is working with him at Arumugam Road and he denied, it seems Pandora Publishing is listed as a business there..so is dr.gill as honorable as he potrays..

They are partners and even worse the Book has to do with the Law of Attraction..what how to attract chee ko's to wank off so that they can attract women..
