65-year woman proposes marriage to 82-year man

Nongnuch Phongarm, 65, and Phrom Wannapong, 82, were married on Sunday, after their first meeting last year at a temple in Si Sa Ket province.
Both were married and their spouses passed away.
Nongnuch said she met Phrom at a temple last year. For a while, they established a romantic bond and she proposed the marriage. Phrom agreed, as the children and grandchildren of both sides approved the deal.
Nongnuch carried out the marriage procession to Phrom’s houseon Sunday, promising to take care of him until death comes. She gave him Bt59,000 as the endowment.
