25 nabbed in Geylang during police-led operation

SINGAPORE: Twenty-five people were arrested in Geylang for suspected crimes.
The suspects - 22 men and three women - were nabbed for offences such as gang and vice-related activities, peddling of contraband cigarettes, and selling of illegal sexual enhancement products.
The operation, led by Bedok Police Division, ended on Sunday morning.
Also involved in the operation were officers from the Criminal Investigation Department, the Central Narcotics Bureau, Health Sciences Authority and Singapore Customs.
