I release the video interview of Mr. Alan Shadrake today, which I recorded on 2nd August 2010 at the Raffles Hotel with Mr. Arthero Lim Tung Hee. This is the main part, there are a little more, which will be later released. There is also another recording made at Hong Lim Park a day BEFORE the DP Event this is not for release until a much later date.

I was the person who spoke off the camera in part 5. It was spontaneous. I was monitoring the recording, and a bit too much of work to re-record that portion as well as to get myself into the camera's view.

Did you send this to Ban Ki-Moon? Does the UN care? Why haven't you asked the British to impose sanctions?

Now I see a new 'activist', Arthero Lim Tung Hee. Don't know who he is but good to see him speaking out.

Is Arthero Lim the activist who put up the $10,000 bail money so that Alan Shadrake can stay out of jail, prepare his defense and do this interview?

He was one of SDP's CEC sued by Old Dog Thief & Son, and then he was NSP candidate in GE2006 Tampines GRC, I was his voter as I lived there.

Together with him I interviewed in Taiwan's Presidential Palace the VP (Annet Lu) & SM (Pang) & plus famous Shih Ming Teh @ Tian Mu area north of Taipei - in 2005.

He was not Alan's bailer, I just asked him to do the interview with Alan.

Both Arthero & me are not supportive towards abolishing DP, but we support the campaigners for different set of reasons such as justice.

What is so wrong with famiLEE LEEgime's DP which is a huge shame.

In Chinese this is called 丧权辱国，罪该万死。 Since famiLEE LEEgime can bend Singapore's justice under the pressure of a foreign power, to alter forensic test results (CSI), and then let a foreign citizen escape DP. This compromised judiciary power which is a portion of our national sovereignty. Any officer of the state who compromised national sovereignty should be deem to have committed a treasonous offence against Rep of Singapore.

As a British citizen Alan Shadrake already wrote about it, therefore these shameful facts is already exposed worldwide.

If Rep of Singapore is to exercise it's forgiveness to a foreigner from DP upon request of foreign govt, it is only to be done at the proper level of presidential clemency and not at Forensic Test (Enforcement level) nor at Judiciary Level (judgement), but purely at diplomatic level with the proper role of Rep of SGP president granting a request by a friendly state to commute an inmate's sentence by exercising presidential power given by Rep of Singapore's constitution.

At the level of enforcement, forensic test must be purely scientific and unbiased. At the level of judiciary, it have to be purely based on law & fairness treating all cases equal without being affected by foreign govt's pressure. Any otherwise, the necessary respects will be ruin by themselves and charging any person with Contempt of Court is not going to be able to restore what they had ruined with their own hands.
