Since his thick skin won't quit for MSK scandal etc, we have no choice but to remove him by winning his GRC. Simple and plain answer. Tell him that if he quitted politics and then opposition may have significantly less motive to win Toa Payoh Bishan GRC.

SINGAPORE - Amid growing election fever, Deputy Prime Minister Wong Kan Seng yesterday turned up the heat on the Opposition by questioning their motivation to contest and win a Group Representation Constituency (GRC).
Without naming any Opposition figures, Mr Wong alluded to earlier comments by Opposition leaders Low Thia Khiang and Chiam See Tong, who had spoken of the need for their parties to make a breakthrough by winning a GRC in the coming General Election.
Said Mr Wong: "If you ask why the Opposition want to win a constituency, I think the intention is quite clear. Some of them say: 'We want to do that for renewal', others say they want to be the first one to break through into a GRC and win the GRC.'"
He added: "But what is this election about? Is it about the interests and ambitions of political parties and individual interest to create a legacy and make history? That is what voters should ask themselves."
Asked if an Opposition win could breach the People's Action Party's (PAP) psychological threshold, Mr Wong, who is also the PAP's first assistant secretary-general, said the ruling party would respect voters' choice if that happens.
Mr Wong was speaking at the second press conference this week to unveil new PAP candidates. He also challenged the Opposition to introduce their candidates early - so as to give voters a chance to assess the candidates, their motivations and their plans for the contested wards.
Said Mr Wong: "If they don't, then of course Singaporeans will feel short-changed that they don't have enough time to know about them."
The latest PAP new candidates to be formally introduced were: Banker Foo Mee Har, 45; unionist Steve Tan Peng Hoe, 38; and lawyer Desmond Lee Ti-Seng, 35.
So far, the PAP has unveiled six candidates and it has said that it will have at least 20 new faces.
Describing the PAP's renewal process as "systematic and structured", Mr Wong said: "We don't bring new people here to conduct a revolution ... If you want to hold a revolution, then I think it is somewhere else, not in Singapore." He added: "I think Singaporeans ... will not welcome a revolution that will shake up everything."
Still, provisions have been made in the parliamentary system to ensure that "all kinds of voices are heard including the Opposition voice", said Mr Wong.
Citing the legislative changes passed in Parliament - which will allow up to nine Non-Constituency Members of Parliament (NCMP) - Mr Wong said: "I don't think any other countries have done that."
The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated that the GE is about Singapore's future. "When you exercise your vote, think carefully - which political party would do well for you, which MP would work hard for you and able to achieve what you want to do. That is really the main question," he said.
Mr Wong also revealed that the PAP's election manifesto is ready and could be released next month.
