gov needs to set a LEGALISED LAWFUL PAY

if the the gov has to be fair especially to the working joe, they have to legalise a LAWFULLY LEGAL PAY, i.e, the kind of pay even the lowest grade job could earn the salary for basic survival. and please do not comment something like "do u wanna eat in restaurant or hawker centre" or "if cannot afford to eat meat, then eat fish".

such comments are idiotic and unmindful and only rub salts into insulting wounds.

if the gov cannot do that, then perhaps they should be doing to cut down costs that they can control - rents, transport, utilites etc.

what happen to the gst hike and again another lame promise that "INCREASING GST IS HELPING MORE NEEDIES & POOR"? or INCREASING GST ACTUALLY HELP TO LOWER BUSINESS OPERATING COSTS? how to help when that increased gst gave vendors more reasons to hike their prices? how do the poor and needies benefitted? many just cannot compute this mystifying logic of the gov.

it's a plain tightening of the noose around everyone's necks and especially the poor and needies.!

why didn't the gov did this way back? why didn't the gov arrest the spiralling costs of operating a decent business here? why does the gov always have to interfere in a least constructive manner and still think they are helping?

ask any businessman here. u shall hear certain grouses and displeasure the gov bureaucracy stymie the smooth operation of business.

the gov meddles too often into private affairs that are best left to the laymen. they meddle in chinatown, sterilised it and now chinatown is quite dead. same goes to bugis, geylang serai and many more.

they meddle into the once very popular and FOC haw par villa and now this icon tourist spot is in dilapidation.

they meddle into our family lives and now the population growth is negative. they meddle into our enjoyment in entertainment and now our children can hardly understand or speak their native dialects.

SOMEONE SHOULD JUST TELL THE GOV TO F OFF AND BACK OFF FROM MORE INTERVENTION ABOUT OUR PRIVATE LIFE. THEY GO RUN THEIR MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PARLEEMENT AND LEAVE US ALONE TO ALLOW US MORE BREATHING SPACE.
